Charity Committee
The Charities Committee
The Charities Committee has existed in Holy Cross for many years. Its aim is to develop and encourage our young people to be Responsible Citizens and Effective Contributers to society by making them aware of the needs of others, reflect on issues of social justice and allow them to contribute to worthy causes. Our staff play a major role by organising charity events involving both staff and pupils. Our current members are: Mrs M Ercolino (chair), Mrs F Cunningham (secretary), Mrs A Lynch, Mrs D Honnet, Mrs M McInulty, Mrs B Gribbin, Ms S Robbie, Mrs K Sneddon, Mrs J Scott, Mrs AM Kerr and Mrs A Duffy In recent years our school community has contributed to many worthy causes such as: St Andrew’s Hospice Our S6 pupils and Staff participate annually in the 6K Run which is held in Strathclyde Park September.
